The Beef Is In Beverly

The South Side of Chicago has something for everyone, including those that was farm-to-table beef. We're at Horse Thief Hollow this week to learn how their beef goes from an Indiana farm to the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences in Mount Greenwood to their tables in Beverly.
